SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $100
- Calculated shipping rates apply to orders under $100
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days from shipment date
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout
Shipping Restrictions
Our products contain alcohol (denatured ethanol) and are classified as flammable liquids for shipping purposes. We comply with all applicable carrier regulations for shipping alcohol-based products.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Aurelia L'Atelier is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at hello@latelieraurelia.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will open a carrier investigation on your behalf. If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
